Overview:
Very stable buy side firm seeks a Contract Paralegal with 4+ years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably within the Financial Services industry. Position will manage commercial contract workflow, from implementing template contracts, to supporting negotiation and execution, to summarizing and filing in document repository. Works directly with internal clients to review and analyze commercial contracts in accordance with established protocols and attorney guidance. It also supports attorneys in connection with complex transactional matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, venture capital investments and other projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of previous paralegal with a focus on commercial contracts
High level of proficiency in database applications, as well as Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the firm
$80,000 to $100,000
