Overview:
Our client is looking for a Corporate Development / Strategy Associate to join their team. This role will work with senior management as well as partner with related teams to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Create quantitative and qualitative financial models.
Contribute to firmwide strategic projects.
Participate in M&A, debt/equity capital raises.
Interacting with senior executives as well as communicating with stakeholders.
Collaborate with investor relations team and assist in external communications and presentations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 – 4 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, or private-equity firm.
Financial services industry experience (asset management, private equity, insurance, real estate).
Awareness of industry trends, business landscape, and product development efforts.
Experience analyzing complex datasets to support data-driven decision making is preferred.
Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills.
Energetic, inquisitive, and high initiative to take on new projects.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
$100,000 to $180,000
