Our client, a 2,500 employee charter school network in NYC has reimagined public education, and is nationally recognized for outstanding academic results and creating an innovative K-12 model. Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Analyst to join their organization and play a critical role in their success. They are seeking an intellectually curious, experienced HR Technology professional to join the Human Capital Management team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations and People Analytics, the Workday Analyst will play a critical part in the continued deployment of new functionality, developing solutions and enabling the continued growth of the network of New York charter schools.
Leading the configuration efforts for new and existing Workday functionality to provide maximum efficiency and effectiveness for employee and HR needs
Leading Workday configuration changes to support the managing of employee information changes, payroll and benefits updates, and changing information in appropriate systems
Teaching others about Workday configuration changes to support cross-training within the department;
Partnering with key stakeholders to create requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases;
Taking ownership in the development, testing configuration, and implementation of new projects, enhancements, and interfaces of new Workday modules
Providing standard and ad-hoc reporting from the Workday HCM application which will include obtaining data from non-Workday systems and integrating that information into reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree in Business, Statistics or relevant quantitative field preferred
3+ years of Workday Business Process and/or configurations experience
Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one other functional area: Benefits, Leave Management, Compensation or Talent; Workday Reporting
