Our client, a global Investment Services Company, is seeking a Vice President of Key Accounts to join their New York City office. This role will take the lead on developing growth opportunities within existing accounts, identifying risks and implementing plans to increase usage, engagement and value delivery. Responsibilities include setting the overall vision and account strategies to support growth and gain market share within key accounts, maintaining a strong understand of changes in the client’s industry, and overseeing end-to-end client relationship and management.
Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years of professional account management experience
Experience in management and negotiation of sales/renewal process, experience managing key and strategic accounts, knowledge of cross-sale processes
Demonstrable experience of B2B account management
