An insurance company is seeking a US Talent Management position in their New York office. The position will be responsible for providing development initiatives and supporting the global talent agenda, as well as work with the global HR team.
Serve as primary Talent resource for the US covering all aspects of talent, learning, education, change management and development
Research, design and deliver company-wide learning and development programs using internal and external resources including program logistics, even coordination, invoices, budget management, and employee attendance and management
Have a global responsibility for a global core curriculum of programs of both online and in classroom based learning and support global talent processes across functions in the US
Manage external vendor relationships and work with HR Business Partners to provide support and development of employees
Support recruitment of graduates onto global and yearly company schemes and core group wide processes including annual performance management, talent reviews and surveys
5-7 years’ experience in an HR learning, training, or talent development environment
Strong relationship management, consulting and influencing skills
Outstanding communication and analytical skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills and demonstrated project management with strong attention to detail
