Over the past 24+ months, our client has undergone significant change in the realm of digital readiness. As part of a global digital transformation initiative spearheaded by Technology and Marketing, they have built the stage to enable personalized client-centric experiences.

The growing Digital Marketing team is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to support broader business initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing in Austin, TX, the incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing and assisting the development of exciting new experiences for digital properties, while collaborating with colleagues across multiple teams and departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer

  • Proven experience developing responsive pages with mobile design in mind

  • A strong passion for user-centered design

  • Understanding of web design requirements and web best practices, such as breakpoints, grid layouts, flow patterns, load time limitations, responsive design and web accessibility

  • Highly proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and responsive/mobile design

  • Working knowledge of creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator), Sketch and InVision

  • Demonstrated ability to work in conjunction with other designers and developers to achieve cohesive solutions and across different platforms, devices, and situations

  • Hands-on experience using analytics data to drive design/development decisions within the applications

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional team members including, but not limited to, designers, developers, writers, and business analysts

  • Proven experience working with RESTful APIs to fetch and output data to a user

  • Experience creating site maps, wireframes, and customer journeys

  • Experience analyzing and reporting user data from providers such as Google Analytics
