Overview

An insurance company seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead at all levels for the company’s US Talent Acquisition team in their New York office. This position works closely with the HR Business Partners, provides resourcing expertise and focuses on delivering a consistent and cost effective resourcing experience to all stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the UK Talent Acquisition team to lead and develop the Resourcing/Recruiting Center of Excellence to provide recruitment advice to stakeholders

  • Apply appropriate resourcing methodologies/strategies including screening and assessing candidates when reviewing vacancies

  • Work in partnership with Global and local HR Business Partners to meet the immediate and future needs identified through strategic workforce planning and senior recruiting

  • Help create, teach, and identify sourcing strategies to create a qualified and diverse candidate pool

  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting and selection

  • Report on Global Recruitment Metrics such as, Time-To-Fill, Budget vs. Actual, Cost-Per-Hire, etc on a quarterly basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Related field

  • 6+years of experience in significant resourcing experience, working within a matrix organization, managing external suppliers, delivery via direct sources, and managing search campaigns and talent mapping

  • HR qualification or equivalent
