Our client, a leading International Bank, is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Manager.  This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and is part of the company ambitions to transform recruitment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on effective sourcing strategies to Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Talent Advisors, drive attraction campaigns, execute strategies and plans focused on sourcing niche candidates

  • Manage a team overseeing sourcing and employer brand /recruitment marketing, and maintain metrics (KPI’s) for North America Recruiting

  • Build talent pipelines, through referral generation, online sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns.

  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Psychology, Communications, or related degree

  • 7+ years recruiting experience; 2+ year leading and managing a team; 3+ years sourcing  experience with demonstrated results
