Our client, a global Financial Services Company, is seeking a Small Business Product Manager to join their New York City office. The Small Business Product Manager is a collaborative product leader with a customer-centric mindset that leads the vision, product planning, product management, go-to-market strategies, and operational model for the company’s Small Business Segment.
Lead the development disruptive innovative solutions for transactional, payment, and lending needs of the small business segment with a customer-centric mindset
Conduct analysis of business opportunities, understanding of market gaps, identify emerging segments and business trends
Drive the product development process and work in partnership with internal stakeholders across product development, sales, marketing, credit, legal, finance, compliance, operations, and executive management
Define, update, and execute the small business segment multi-year roadmap
Drive prioritized backlogs based on the consistent feedback analysis to continuously enhance the customer experience
Research and document product requirements to ensure that products meet business needs, performance objects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Train and communicate segment features, benefits, and performance through formal presentations and bank-wide written communications
Implement and monitor the segment strategies through initiatives on acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade, customer loyalty, and retention
Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of Financial Services experience in Product Management particularly in the areas of Small Business and/or Commercial Credit Card programs
Proven experience with Design Thinking/Human Centered Design product development methodologies, as well as agile product management and writing user stories
Project management skills with ability to lead and engage in cross-regional and cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of small business segment financial needs
