Our client, a leading insurer is seeking a passionate and proactive Senior Account Manager to join the Professional Firms Group in their Stamford, Connecticut office. The Professional Firms Group specializes in insurance programs for architects and engineers/design professionals across the US, delivering value to their professional liability coverage.
Full ownership of the relationship, retention and growth on assigned group of clients
Support sales and service team in all activities relating to new business and renewal of client accounts
Ensure delivery of an elite client service experience, coordinating closely between the markets, Account Executives, and clients
Collect, manage and maintain all data required to proactively manage each client account across all lines of business
Create client deliverables such as coverage summaries, certificates of insurance, quotation presentations and marketing presentations
Process policy change requests, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
Support claims management efforts
Qualifications and Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a broker or agency; Broker’s License for past 5 years
Knowledge of professional liability as well as property or casualty insurance for design professionals
