A market-leading Financial Services company seeks a Sales Support Manager for their Chicago office. The Sales Support Manager is responsible for supporting sales and client services teams through research, CRM maintenance, and assisting with technology improvements. Responsibilities also include conducting primary research on current and prospective clients, and summarizing findings in formal research reports. They also will manage a team of Associates and ensure quality control on the teams’ production.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience, including 2 years of management experience. They must be familiar with leading a team, have strong research skills, and have experience working with a CRM system. They should be highly detailed, have the ability to multi-task, highly motivated, and client-focused.
