A Leading Online Pre K-12 EdTech company seeks a Regional Trainer in Northern California to coordinate and deliver professional development on STEM products and programs for educators and school officials. They also serve as a mentor and trainer to consultants selling their products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reports to VP and Managers of Professional Development

  • Consult with leaderships to identify needs for products and customize each customer need

  • Recruit and prepare contract trainers and coordinate all scheduling and staffing for training

  • Assist in sales presentations and serve as primary contact to clients for pre-purchase sales

  • Work with Account Managers on client accounts and attend regional conferences


  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in K-12 education and providing and writing professional development content

  • Certified teacher and STEM teaching experience preferred

  • Expert in STEM content and strong understanding of practices for educator professional development

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel up to 60% of time
