Overview

Our client, a leading International Publisher, provides reliable high-quality classroom products and solutions for educators. They are seeking a high-energy and experienced Region Account Manager to manage the Mid-Atlantic territory, and sell their Library and Classroom Products to the education market covering multiple states.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day functions of a multi-state sales territory

  • Meet assigned quotas for sales and strategic objectives

  • Develop Territory plans with Goals, Strategies and Tactics that will drive sales success

  • Manage key renewal accounts for growth

  • Develop new business to drive revenue with clients who currently do not purchase

  • Work closely with Customer Success team member to allow growth across the territory

  • Present and demonstrate all products to effectively to clients and prospects

  • Responsible for all reports required by Management including but not limited to Weekly Report, monthly Reports, Forecast and Pipeline Reports, and effective use of Sales Force

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience managing a  multi-state region with a history of success; 3-5 years’ experience in educational sales preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree of higher required

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on rapid growth

  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with use of Salesforce
