Overview

Our client, a leading International Publisher, provides reliable high-quality classroom products and solutions for educators. They are seeking a high-energy and experienced Regional Account Executive to sell their Library and Classroom products to the education market covering multiple states in the Midwest.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business in districts with enrollment of 2,499 or less in the Midwest territory.

  • Meet assigned quotas for sales and strategic objectives

  • Develop and execute data aligned territory plan with goals, strategies and tactics that will drive sales success for new business, renewals and growth

  • Manage key renewal accounts for growth/expansion    

  • Work closely with Region Account Managers (Field Sales) to maximize growth across the territory

  • Present and demonstrate all products to effectively to clients and prospects

  • Effectively use Salesforce to produce reports required by Management including but not limited to Weekly Report, Monthly Reports, Forecast and Pipeline.

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments to maximize client success and growth within the territory 

  • Research and communicate market needs to effectively grow sales

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years’ experience managing a multi-state region with a history of success

  • 3-5 year’s experience in educational sales preferred

  • Experienced in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on rapid growth

  • Familiarity with the use of Salesforce
