A National Real Estate Development Company seeks a Project/Construction Manager for their Phoenix office. Responsibilities include oversight and management of all construction activities and work closely with the director of construction.
Manage all construction phases from ground breaking to completion and implement all company policies
Supervise a third-party GC and scheduling of trades
Monitor RFI and change orders, and monthly costs against construction projects
Maintain relationships and keep job logs for inspections and insurance related requirements
Oversee third party GC activities and jobsites as well as supervise site SWPPP compliance
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in multi-family apartment construction and bachelor’s degree, preferably in construction, engineering, or related fields
Ability to multi-task and has a strong understanding of construction, architectural design, and engineering
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient with Excel, MS Project, Procure or other project management software
