A Leading National Insurance Brokerage firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to client requests and serve as primary contact for any customer issues.
Prepare proposals, insurance certificates, and auto ID cards
Adhere to all policies and procedures
Review and upgrade these policies as well as notify customers with any policy changes
Expand current accounts and document all client data
Process insurance documents and market business renewals
Must have an active P&C license and 2+ years’ of relevant experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Applied, EPIC systems
