Looking for someone to oversee all office operations and functions at a midsized Financial Service company.
Ensure proper building and operating systems and communicate all procedures and policies
Maintain office accounts, expenses, inventory and other office functions
Organize all social events and oversee all front desk activities
Train new employees while maintaining expense approvals and work with upper management to help prepare for meetings
Work closely with HR with onboarding and help with all functional operations
Experience from small or midsized company and 5+ years’ experience in Office Management or related position
Extremely organized and highly detailed
Excellent communicator and ability to work with various departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office
