Looking for someone to oversee all office operations and functions at a midsized Financial Service company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper building and operating systems and communicate all procedures and policies

  • Maintain office accounts, expenses, inventory and other office functions

  • Organize all social events and oversee all front desk activities

  • Train new employees while maintaining expense approvals and work with upper management to help prepare for meetings

  • Work closely with HR with onboarding and help with all functional operations


  • Experience from small or midsized company and 5+ years’ experience in Office Management or related position

  • Extremely organized and highly detailed

  • Excellent communicator and ability to work with various departments

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
