Learning Management System Analyst

Our client is a growing bank looking for a candidate to provide technical and administrative support to their employees, as a Learning Management Systems Analyst within their Talent Development Team.
The LMS Analyst will create, update, and review eLearning training, launching trainings, and provide solutions to employee’s technical issues. The role will update and create learning profiles, curricula and programs, and support the LMS quarterly system updates and general maintenance. The role will also create and maintain LMS processes and procedures such as job aids, training certificates, and assessments, and LMS Helpdesk tickets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years LMS experience; SuccessFactors a plus. He or she must also possess proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; excellent verbal and written communication; client service orientation; and attention to detail. Knowledge of reporting tools and Adult learning principles is a plus.
