Our client, an Iconic Apparel firm is seeking an HRIS Analyst. The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System, in addition to other systems supported by the HR team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of new systems and upgrades
Provide support for HR systems including, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Recommend process improvements Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll)
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
Update and maintain organization charts Conduct audits of systems and processes and work with both internal and external auditors as needed Special Projects Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources or related field or equivalent work.
Three to five years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience; systems implementation experience (ADP EV5 HRIS System) strongly preferred
Ability to conduct interpersonal interactions including coaching, negotiating, selling, group presentations, etc.
