A Leading Broadband Communication Services Provider seeks an HR Manager in either of their New Jersey or Connecticut offices. Responsibilities include oversight and guidance over employees, counseling employees in areas of conflict, and investigating any employee relations issue. They also should maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements and participate in policy and procedure development. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Human Resources or related field and 3-5 years’ of Previous Labor Management experience. Additional qualifications include a strong understanding of daily management of collective bargaining agreements and excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
