HR Compensation Analyst

Our client, a privately-owned investment management firm headquartered in New York, is seeking a Compensation Analyst.
This role will participate in the design of compensation programs and policies, compensation surveys, and competitive market analysis. You will develop and improve all compensation-related business processes, requests, and reports, and maintain the deferred compensation portal. This role will also partner with HR colleagues on offer packages, off-boarding agreements, and exemption review evaluations; analyze data related to compensation and benefits; and assist in HRIS initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in the analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs. Experience in financial services is preferred, as well as a deep understanding of HR business processes and practices. He or she must also possess mastery in Microsoft Excel; excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends; and ability to manage diverse work streams and competing deadlines.
