Insurance company seeking an HR Advisor in their New York office.
Day to day transactional and operational support of HR data including new hires, terminations, and other employee changes.
Coordinate with US Payroll team for employee changes and updates
Support onboarding of employees, and regulatory and compliance initiatives
Primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to PTO and HR policies.
BA or equivalent; HR degree preferred
1-2 years of Corporate environment experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Excel skills are especially critical and required.
