A client about a half hour outside of Philadelphia has added a new position supporting its growing business. The client is one of the top ten companies in its area of business with over a billion customers over the last 20 plus years. This role will include managing a team of twelve with responsibility for internal mobility, experienced hiring and campus recruiting. Candidates should have ten years progressively responsible experience including the managing of a large recruitment team, prior campus recruiting management experience, and a track record of hiring 500 or more individuals per year.
