Our client, an International Investment Bank, is seeking a Head of Campus Recruitment & Development. This position involves managing a team of five, and reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition. The team looks after all attraction, recruitment, and development of “Early Careers” talent.
Attraction: leading team in identifying target pools, managing high level relationships with selected university, participating in selected career events, coordinating camps marketing campaigns
Recruitment and Selection: leading the team in managing relationships with business stakeholders and external providers, reviewing selection processes and tools, participating in selection process at all stages
On-boarding: coordinating on-boarding process with HR administration team, reviewing policies
Development: reviewing program’s structure, leading the team in designing induction training, networking, and on-going development
Transversal activities: managing the team and relationships with wider HR teams, recruitment budget, driving appropriate management information
Qualifications and Requirements:
Extensive campus recruitment and/or development expertise
Experience with team management, stakeholder management, and managing supplier relationships
