Our client, a global Investment Management Firm, is seeking a proactive, and detail-oriented individual to provide direct administrative support to an executive officer, and indirect coverage for other executive officers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and route high volume of time sensitive phone calls; communicate accurate and detailed messages

  • Schedule internal and external meetings and conference calls; prepare and coordinate materials for meeting s

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel and ground transportation

  • Process travel and entertainment reports and reimbursements


  • 5+ years’ experience of executive/support experience, or related experience within industry

  • Ability to perform in fast paced environment and multi-task; excellent organizational skills

  • Effectively work with senior level individuals throughout the firm
