Overview

Our client, a leading global REIT, is seeking an Equity and Compensation Manager in their NYC office. The successful candidate will help to develop and manage the Company’s compensation, equity, and retirement programs as well as monitor and evaluate trends in each area of responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation programs including:
    • Annual compensation program
    • Develop and maintain ongoing corporate compensation projections
    • Assist in the preparation of materials for Compensation Committee meetings of the Board of Directors
  • Manage employee and Board of Director stock incentive plans
  • Administer the semi-annual Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Administer the 401K and profit sharing program including:
    • Liaise with employees and former employees to ensure that questions are thoughtfully and pro-actively addressed
    • Serve as lead for annual plan audit
  • Prepare and maintain the ongoing analyses using exceptional analytical and presentation skills

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 5-7 years' experience in compensation (equity compensation experience preferred)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Understanding of how to present complex financial information in easy to digest formats
    • Extensive experience with HRIS system, preferably ADP
    • CEP desired but not required
