Seeking a Director of HRIS & Analytics in a leading Entertainment Company’s New York office to develop and implement Human Capital systems and lead the HCM Oracle application team to support various departments within the company. Additional responsibilities include oversight of all Audit engagements and system developments, as well as provide consultation for new technology and change management techniques. Ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Business, IT, HR or related field and 7-10 years’ experience as an HCM expert and manager. Should be familiar with Oracle HCM/Payroll and have experience in talent programs and training. Must have strong communication skills as they will work closely with the Technology team and should be well-versed in customer experience.
