Top Global Investment Bank seeks a Digital Payments Product Manager to join a team responsible for the strategic direction of digital payment platforms, managing the overall success of digital payment products and monitoring performance drivers.
The successful candidate will take a leading role in shaping and managing the roadmap and product strategy for the Digital Payment products and align product strategy to overall roadmap and Line of Business (LOB) priorities. They will engage and build relationships with multiple LOBs (lines of businesses, e.g., Commercial Bank, Business Banking, Private Bank etc.) and other Digital Services areas (e.g., technology, PMO, user experience, operations, risk & control). In addition, this role will develop and deliver end-to-end new feature enhancements to drive users and usage, management product requirements, client journey flows and rapid prototyping. Candidates must have 6-15 years of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development with deep industry knowledge of Digital Payments and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Must have the ability to develop and communicate product development business cases using financial models and experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers and a passion for digital product and industry. Additional qualifications include Digital product and lifecycle management experience as well as Financial industry and Payments background is required. Prior experience or insight from digital payment platforms such as Venmo, PayPal, Dwolla, Google Wallet, Skrill, Payoneer, Payza, 2Checkout, Intuit WePay, etc. is highly attractive.
