A Global Financial Services Firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead a digital marketing team and manage relationships with various agencies and vendors responsible for digital campaigns and social media.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create end-to-end digital marketing experiences that drive measurable business results

  • Develop a framework for learning to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns

  • Measure and report on ROI of digital marketing efforts

  • Develop a strong understanding of leveraging digital channels to align marketing efforts with clients’ needs

  • Oversee social media content strategy and work with internal team and other agencies to improve social media effectiveness and the email marketing strategy, including creating the team and executing email campaigns

  • Oversee website UI/UX, SEO and content

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and successful relationships with digital vendors

  • Other assigned duties


  • 7+ years’ experience running successful digital marketing campaigns; proven track record of delivering measurable impact to business outcomes

  • Deep understanding of key digital media channels (SEM, website, display, email, etc) and capable of managing and growing a team

  • Proficient in tag management and web analytics tools (Google Analytics) as well as Tableau and other BI tools experience

  • Financial services/banking marketing background

  • Superb communication skills and a highly engaged, driven individual
