Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join their Global Marketing organization. The Channel Marketing team is part of the company’s Global Marketing and Communications department, and supports the distribution function, with responsibility for the development and execution of marketing strategy and related deliverables for the company’s product platform.
Develop, manage, evaluate, and review marketing strategy in line with brand, sales, and business objectives
Develop, manage, and integrate all areas of the marketing mix for all distribution channels and implement key metrics to evaluate effectiveness, in conjunction with internal/external stakeholders including marketing literature and media plans
Define and oversee client experience for client distribution channels
Regional budget allocation, management, recording, reporting
Work closely with key stakeholders; support Head of Channel Marketing on initiatives; partner with compliance department to maintain knowledge of regional regulations; provide insight into marketing developments internally and externally
Qualifications and Requirements:
7+ years’ marketing experience within financial services
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
Proven ability in creating marketing strategies and their role in supporting overall business goals
Knowledge & strong understanding of Client Experience, the asset management industry/mutual funds, marketing production process, e-commerce, and main distribution channels and client segmentation
