Recruiter - Corporate Services

Rockwood Search Associates is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our Corporate Services team! The ideal candidate will be someone who is driven, competitive, has an entrepreneurial spirit, is self-motivated, and has the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
As a Recruiter, you will be expected to:
Understand the requirements of the positions for which you are recruiting; be able to explain the client and position to candidates at all levels.
Conduct candidate interviews over the phone and in-person.
Determine which positions a candidate would be the best fit for among our clients.
Utilize our database (with over 20,000 contacts) to connect with existing candidates to update their career information and restore a relationship with them.
Use Social Media outlets (LinkedIn, Twitter, Bullhorn Reach) to source and attract candidates, as well as recruiting sites such as eFinancial Careers, Indeed, Career Builder, and ZipRecruiter.
Assist with ad hoc projects as directed.
Minimum 1 year of experience (ideally in sales, administrative, or recruiting capacity)
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Strong desire to join the recruitment industry
Professional demeanor, good sense of organization, self-motivator.
Ability to handle confidential information in a tasteful manner.
Ambitious attitude with a sense of humor and strong desire to succeed.
Creative and the ability to think quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (a must!).
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with LinkedIn and/or other recruiting tools (a plus!).
