Overview

Our client, a well-known financial services firm, is seeking an experienced compensation professional to join the HR team in their Northern NJ location.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support all efforts to collect and reconcile data used to produce keep HR analytics and regular reports firm headcount, compensation and other key metrics

  • Partners with Finance and Corporate Compensation to collect data and create performance forecasts

  • Analyzes compensation spending and related costs and provides recommendations to HR BPs and business managers

  • Participates in year-end reward processes for clients including compensation, promotion and performance management.

  • Partners with HR business partners, finance and business management teams to design, produce and update a wide variety analytics measures regarding promotions, talent acquisition, diversity turnover, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 3 plus years of experience; 2+ years in a HR Analytics/compensation role. Prior financial services experience a plus

  • Solid knowledge and application of HR data analytics

  • Expert user of Microsoft Office particularly with Excel
