Our client, a well-known financial services firm, is seeking an experienced compensation professional to join the HR team in their Northern NJ location.
Support all efforts to collect and reconcile data used to produce keep HR analytics and regular reports firm headcount, compensation and other key metrics
Partners with Finance and Corporate Compensation to collect data and create performance forecasts
Analyzes compensation spending and related costs and provides recommendations to HR BPs and business managers
Participates in year-end reward processes for clients including compensation, promotion and performance management.
Partners with HR business partners, finance and business management teams to design, produce and update a wide variety analytics measures regarding promotions, talent acquisition, diversity turnover, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3 plus years of experience; 2+ years in a HR Analytics/compensation role. Prior financial services experience a plus
Solid knowledge and application of HR data analytics
Expert user of Microsoft Office particularly with Excel
