Seeking a Business Development Manager in Texas to develop strategic sales and marketing plans for a national K-8 school program.
Create new partnerships with school networks and districts to expand footprint
Generate sales and follow-up of marketing sales with a high conversion rate to revenue generating opportunities
Attend networking events to advocate the brans and create partnerships to create growth and sales
Negotiate contract terms to maximize revenue and minimize risk
Prepare presentations and deep understanding of the product and program
Facilitate post-sale transition to operations team and use Salesforce.com as main CRM system
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, education or related field and 3+ years’ of sales experience K-8
Achieve sales quota and ability to develop and implement sales plans
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Familiar with Salesforce and ability to travel 60% of time
