Seeking a Benefits Manager to join an Insurance Brokerage firm’s HR team. This position is responsible for overseeing all employee engagements and strategies, as well as managing various key operations of the company. Additional responsibilities include developing and improving policies and focusing on the retaining and onboarding of employees. Candidates will have 5+ years’ of U.S. Benefits experience and a CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) certification is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to travel.
