Our client, a NYC creative agency, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a Director and her team.
- Calendar management
- Booking travel and organizing itineraries
- Manage correspondence
- Assist with presentations and ad hoc projects as needed
- General administrative support to team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-4 years of administrative support experience (creative. marketing, or advertising preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong planning and organizational skills; Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
