A Global Literacy Educational Technology Company seeks an Account Executive for their Midwest territory. Candidate will live close to any major city in either IL, IN, or MO and be able to close business and sales goals.
Manage assigned territory to create new business and achieve all goals and partner with various team members to renew accounts
Stay updated on the market and research and present trends on related information
Understand and communicate all product updates and deliver on customer requirements
Maintain account activity within CRM
Make multiple sales calls per week
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years’ of direct sales experience within educational technology, SaaS, software role; K-12 market experience preferred
Understanding of K-12 educational landscape and state standards; ELL or ELA subject preferred
Proof of achieving goals by creating value and management pipeline and ability to prepare and present in-person and virtual presentations
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google, Salesforce, and other CRM programs
